Our kitchen team has fun cooking homemade products, using as much of our farm produce as possible, in season. Depending on the season and the chef’s inspiration, you may have the chance to taste one of our seasonal products.
Our confits deserve a special mention. It is a traditional process from the South West of France, which involves several stages of marinating and very slow cooking in duck fat. Duck fat is one of the few animal fats (along with that of exclusively grass-fed beef) that is good for your health. Depending on the season, you can get:
